Accreditation Information and Policies

The Institute has a policy that requires all graded arbitrators, accredited mediators and accredited adjudicators to undertake at least 75 hours of training every three years. Please check the Continuing Professional Development page for details.

Mediator Accreditation Policy

Approved by National Council on 13 February 1996, and as amended on 1 December 1997, 25 May 1998 and 22 February 2000.

 

Adjudicator Accreditation Policy

Approved by National Council on 18 November 2004.
