Warren Fischer is the managing director of Alternative Dispute Resolution Services Pty Ltd and during the past 25 years has worked in Australia, Indonesia and the United Kingdom as a Civil and Structural Engineer. Warren has undertaken feasibility studies, design, construction, project and contract management in the building, construction and mining arenas. Warren presently practices exclusively in alternative dispute resolution and associated fields in the building, civil, mining and body corporate arenas. Neil Turner is the CEO and a Principal Consultant of Construction and Contract Services Pty Ltd.  He has more than 40 years experience in the development, delivery and operation of major community infrastructure in both public and private sectors. Roles have included Managing Director, GM and Director of major public and private enterprises. 

Experience includes resolution of large and complex disputes relating to infrastructure, multi-disciplinary engineering, building and construction generally, inter-agency, inter-personal and industrial relations issues.

John Rundell is a chartered accountant and Managing Principal of a chartered accounting firm John Rundell and Co and also Managing Director of a specialist consulting firm Stratica.  He is also a director of a Victorian Regional Water Authority where he chairs their audit and risk committee.

John has been involved in ADR and expert advisory roles for nearly 20 years. He has worked extensively internationally and for several years in Asia while with a major international accounting firm where he was a partner. He is chair of the ADR Committee of LawAsia, on a number of International Arbitration Centre panels including the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre where he is on both the panel of Arbitrators and panel of Mediators. He is a sessional member of VCAT, a member of the Social Security Appeals Tribunal. He is also a member of the Forensic Accounting Special Interest Group of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Bryan Ahern

Bryan Ahern is a civil engineer with extensive experience in civil and building construction as well as maintenance works. He is a Grade 2 Arbitrator, Accredited Mediator and Registered Mediator under the ACT’s Mediation Act and a Class A Builder. He is currently involved in project management of large scale property developments and consults on various forms of commercial contracts throughout all stages: from concept development through to documentation, tendering, administration, and dispute resolution and has been involved high profile projects that include Sydney Airport Parallel Runway, New and Old Parliament Houses, F4 Tollway Sydney, and the National Museum of Australia. He has been a member of the Master Builders Association National Contracts Committee and Standards Australia OB/3 Sub Committee on AS 2124/AS 4000 suite of General Conditions of Contract.

Scott ellis

Scott Ellis is a barrister at Francis Burt Chambers, Perth.  He practices in the areas of commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution.  He is accredited as a mediator by Leadr and is on the WA Supreme Court List of Mediators.  He is also a graded arbitrator and an adjudicator registered under the Construction Contracts Act 2004 (WA).  He is a part time member of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal and is a referee under the Insurance Ombudsman Scheme.  He was a Commissioner of the District Court of Western Australia in 2006 and before that a partner at Freehills for a number of years.

Graeme Robinson works in the international mining and construction industry in the management and construction of multi billion dollar projects and as the determiner of disputes in Australia as arbitrator and court referee, and mediator of mining and construction disputes in Australia, the Pacific Islands, Asia, and the Middle East. He is the NSW Chapter vice Chairman and mediation committee convenor.

Jennifer Winzar

Jennifer has spent approximately 13 years in the fields of construction, dispute resolution and contract administration and is currently engaged as a Contract Administrator on Thiess John Holland’s Airport Link Project in Brisbane - the largest civil construction and infrastructure project undertaken in Australia ($4.7B). Prior to that Jennifer was employed as a Contract Administrator in Townsville on the $119M Ring Road Project - Stages 2 and 3.

Jennifer's responsibilities as a Contract Administrator include: directing appropriate forms of engagement for subcontractors; risk assessment and reporting; negotiating terms of agreement and drafting special conditions; reviewing progress payment claims and preparing payment schedules; analysis of entitlement to contractual claims; implementation of dispute prevention principles; dispute negotiation and management.

Prior to commencing a career in Contract Administration, Jennifer acted as the Queensland Chapter Administrator of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia for approximately 5 years. During that time, Jennifer established and administered the Queensland Chapter as an Authorised Nominating Authority pursuant to the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act (Qld) 2004.

Lyndon White commenced his career as a Civil Engineer in 1985 and has since worked extensively in Australia, South Asia and South East Asia on civil infrastructure construction and maintenance contracts in engineering, management and dispute recognition, resolution and prevention roles. He is a registered Adjudicator in Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia, a Nationally Accredited Mediator and has a Masters degree in Applied Law from the University of Queensland where he is currently studying philosophy on the topic of ‘why construction contract parties depart from their consensual bargains?’
