IAMA launches new mediation handbook

The Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia has launched a new handbook for the mediation community.

The book - The Practitioner's Certificate in Mediation Course Handbook - is the first national mediation course training manual and it relates to the IAMA's competency standards and principles of conduct for mediators.

The book was launched earlier this month by one of Australia's leading mediators, Tony Fitzgerald QC.
